Comment: The Krona pot was received in a box that was ripped and torn and badly damaged. The exterior shipping box showed no sign of damage whatsoever therefore it was concluded that the store shipped an item that had been used for display because the pot while not damaged was dusty and did not look bright and shiny. Because it was a Christmas gift and there was no time for an exchange, I wiped and shined the pot myself. The handle in the cover was attached in the proper position for use and not attached on the underside of the cover which one would expect for shipping. This may have been because some consumers do not realize that the handle is shipped attached to the underside to prevent damage or it may have been because the pot was on display.

Comment: Lid handle is upside down to fit in the box. You unscrew the handle and attach it correctly to the domed lid. There was no paperwork explaining this, so I also thought the lid handle was put on incorrectly.
I wish it worked without things sticking. Good idea with the two handles on the side. Larger cooking surface then many frying pans.

Comment: I was so excited about this purchase until it arrived. The company manufactured and then packaged this pot the lid upside-down. There is no way to correct it. I am requesting a refund.

Comment: It's a shame that they don't have a picture of it. This is one of the best pans I have bought in a long time. It's heavy and has a pour spout on the side. When you place the lid on it you can drain the fat off of your ground beef right in the pan.
This is a stainless steel pan... and is not a coated nonstick pan. Therefore you can not cook on high heat... let it preheat on 1/4 of your burner's power and then adjust up to the minimum needed to cook. Never on high unless you like burned stuck on food.
This is a fry pan with two handles on each side. This is so much better than messing with a fry pan handle.
I do use this pan everyday and reccomend one to everyone
