It made juice out of a raw beet, a piece of raw ginger, 3 carrota and half a lemon and l cucumber in mere moments. It did a better job than my more expensive Vita Mix which could not handle the beet and the ginger. The machine is efficient and powerful and the noise level is bearable. The price ie good. I cannot praise it enough. However, the apparatus must be taken apart and cleaned, immediately after use so that it does not stain, rust, or become caked-on. It is easy to clean and the juice taste good. As for the PUlp there is alot many times...I have yet to do it very frequently. The pulp tastes funny lol:) And bananas and pineapples are best done in the blender lol:) Otherwise great product and fun so far.
